    Mounds are in decent condition, but get mowed. Oddly, only part of the bird effigy is not subject to mowing. This effigy also suffered damage by a snowplow few years back. The group consists of 1 bird, 1 linear and 6 conicals. 3 conicals and another bird were destroyed

in the past. You can find this group at the upper, hidden away part of the park between Erin Street and the Vilas Zoo.
